  • the user checks the available dates, makes a reservation and purchases a specific game on the Website;
  • the purchase can be made only for a date which is still available;
  • the user can purchase a free date up to 24 hours before the chosen time;
  • several payment methods are available: a proforma invoice, payment cards, PayPal;
  • the user needs to pay the game at the time of the booking; otherwise the reservation is not valid; the Provider confirms the reservation of the date when the proof of the paid service is available; until then the date is only reserved but not yet confirmed;
  • the Provider confirms receipt of the reservation by e-mail;
  • the Provider confirms the date (when the payment has cleared) by e-mail;

  • agreeing to these general terms means that the customer is applying for e-news; in a separate customer confirm the subscription for e-news
  • if the provider agrees, the customer can book and pay the game on same day when the game takes place; the payment needs to be performed before the game in the way determined by the provider

6. 2. Withdrawal from the purchase

The Provider respects the fact that due to different, unpredictable circumstances, the user can sometimes want to withdraw from the purchase.

Withdrawal from the purchase is possible but only under the following terms and conditions:

  • the wish to withdraw from the purchase must be communicated by the user who made the reservation of the date and the purchase; it must be communicated at least 168 hours prior to the date of play; if the user communicates this later (when there are fewer than 168 hours to the date of play) it is considered that the user has played the game, regardless of whether they have actually played it or not;
  • the wish to withdraw must be communicated by the user who made the reservation of the date and the purchase; it must be communicated from the same e-mail that was used when the reservation was made; in the opposite case, to protect the user against potential fraud, the Provider cannot consider the communicated information relevant and it is therefore considered that the user has played the game, regardless of whether they have actually played it or not.

The user can use the amount already paid to purchase another (still available) date, if the Provider approves this in writing and on time. If the user wants a refund of their payment and withdraws from the purchase in accordance with all the terms and conditions, the Provider is obliged to make the refund. The Provider makes the refund using the same payment method as the user.

Also in case of user’s illness or accident the Provider makes the refund only within the above mentioned conditions.

6. 3. Karst Escape – the Escape Room game

Escape Room is a game designed for groups of 2 to 5 players (hereinafter: users). Users come to the specified address 10 minutes before the start. If users arrive late at the agreed place, the Provider unfortunately cannot extend or reschedule the time of play. If the user is 25 minutes or more late by arriving at the agreed location (if he/she does not arrive at the agreed location even 15 minutes after the agreed start of the game), he/she can no longer access the game, the Game Master is no longer waiting for him/her. It is considered that  user used the game, played it.

Users are met by the Game Master, who explains the story, the objective and the rules of the game.

Before starting the game, users are obliged to:

  • place in a special locker their mobile phones, cameras, video-cameras and other means of audio- or video-recording or taking pictures (if they have them with them); they lock the locker with a key that they keep with them; their personal possessions are returned to them at the end of the game;
  • sign a statement in which they confirm they have been informed of and they agree with these General Terms and Conditions as presented to them by the Game Master as well as that they agree with the video- and audio-supervision of the game (more about this in the continuation) and undertake not to disclose the secrets of the game to others.

The game cannot be played unless the above condition is met.

Users enter the room which is then locked by the Game Master. The aim of the game is to unlock the door, by solving riddles and puzzles, and ‘escape’ from it within the time limit. For safety purposes, the room is equipped with a red ‘panic button’. Users may press this button at any time during the game to unlock the door. As soon as users press the ‘panic button’, the game ends, even if the purchased time has not yet expired.

If users fail to unlock the door within the time limit, the Game Master does this and the game ends, even if the team has not yet succeeded in solving all the tasks.

The Game Master can unlock the room prematurely. He or she can do this in the case that users damage the items in the room and in any other way infringe the rules of the game and/or these General Terms and Conditions. The game ends immediately and users are not entitled to a refund of their payment.

The Game Master can also suspend the game for emergency reasons and in such a case the clock is paused. If users agree and if it is feasible, they continue playing the game as soon as the reason for suspension is eliminated. In the case that they do not agree or it is impossible to proceed with the game, they can reschedule the entire game for another convenient time or request that the Provider refund their payment.

The Game Master supervises the game from a separate room. The Game Master can direct the game, if they think it necessary or if users request this. In doing so, he or she uses the clues that are part of the game’s script and are not to be decided by users.

The Provider uses audio- and video-supervision to enable the Game Master to supervise the game. The Escape Room is supervised in real time, the Provider does not record audio- and video-data.

Audio- and video-supervision is also provided in the supervision (reception) room. For security reasons, the recordings in this room are stored for a certain time.

Before starting the game, the Game Master explains to users that they must play the game without causing any damage to the building, its contents or any other objects in the Escape Room. If users cause damage, they are obliged to pay for it. At the beginning of the game, the Game Master informs users that some objects in the room are marked. Users may not move, dismantle or in any other way modify such objects, as they are not part of the puzzles.

Users are obliged to fully and consistently follow all the instructions that the Game Master gives them before, during or after the game. Users enter the Escape Room at their own risk. Users are obliged to appropriately protect their personal possessions and health, avoid potential threats and refrain from acting in a way that could jeopardise the safety, health or the property of the Provider or others involved.

6. 4. Karst Escape – the Outdoor Escape Room game

Outdoor Escape Room is a game designed for groups of 2 to 5 players (hereinafter: users). Users come to the specified address 15 minutes before the start. If users arrive late at the agreed place, the Provider unfortunately cannot extend or reschedule the time of play. If the user is 25 minutes or more late by arriving at the agreed location (if he/she does not arrive at the agreed location even 10 minutes after the agreed start of the game), he/she can no longer access the game, the Game Master is no longer waiting for him/her. It is considered that  user used the game, played it.

Users are met by the Game Master, who takes them to the game venue game, i.e. the Outdoor Escape Room. He or she explains the story, the objective and the rules of the game to them.

Before starting the game, users are obliged to:

  • place in a special box their mobile phones, cameras, video-cameras and other means of audio- or video-recording or taking pictures (if they have them with them); they lock the box with a key that they keep with them; their personal possessions are returned to them at the end of the game;

The Outdoor Escape Room is an open-air area which is clearly marked and fenced. Users enter this area and must not leave it until the game ends. As soon as they leave it (they can do this any time throughout the game), the game ends. The purpose of the game is to achieve, by solving puzzles and riddles, the goal that is clearly defined by the Game Master before the game, within the time limit. If users fail to achieve the goal within the time limit, the game ends all the same.

Users may terminate the game at any time and leave the area prematurely. The Game Master can also terminate the game early. He or she can do this in the case that users damage the objects or the surroundings and/or in any other way infringe the rules of the game and/or these General Terms and Conditions.

The game in the Outdoor Escape Room is supervised remotely by the Game Master. The Game Master can direct the game, if they think it is necessary or if users request this. In doing so, he or she uses the clues that are part of the game’s script and are not to be decided by users.

The Provider uses audio- and video-supervision to enable the Game Master to supervise the game. The Outdoor Escape Room is supervised in real time, the Provider does not record audio- and video-data.

Before starting the game, the Game Master explains to users that they must play the game without causing any damage to the land, its fixtures or any other object in the Outdoor Escape Room. If users cause damage, they are obliged to pay for it. At the beginning of the game, the Game Master informs users that some objects in the area are marked. Users may not move, dismantle or in any other way modify such objects, as they are not part of the puzzles.

Users are obliged to fully and consistently follow all the instructions that the Game Master gives them before, during or after the game.

This game takes place in nature. Therefore, users should take care to wear suitable shoes and be suitably dressed. Users visit the Outdoor Escape Room at their own risk. Users are obliged to appropriately protect their personal possessions and health, avoid potential threats and refrain from acting in a way that could jeopardise the safety, health or the property of the Provider or others involved.

This is an outdoor game. This means that its implementation also depends on the weather conditions which are beyond the Provider’s control. The Provider therefore reserves the right to cancel the game in the case of a bad weather forecast. It is obliged to inform the user thereof on time. This is communicated by telephone (an SMS or a call). If the Provider cancels the game due to the weather forecast, the user can use an alternative date. According to the instructions received by e-mail, he can book another available date no later than one year after the canceled date. The Provider does not refund user’s payment.

If the weather conditions are unsuitable, the Provider may also suspend a game that has already started. In such a case the user has the same options as in the case of a cancelled game.

The Provider reserves the right to decide at its own discretion whether to cancel or suspend the game because of the weather conditions.

  • they undertake not to take photos or video-record any elements of the game;
  • they will follow traffic rules and respect other people’s property;
  •  they will not disclose the secrets of the game.

The signing of this statement is obligatory for all users, otherwise they cannot play the game.

The Treasure Hunt takes place in the village. The aim of the game is to find the hidden treasure within the time limit, by solving puzzles and riddles located across the village. If users fail to achieve the goal within the time limit, the game ends all the same.

Users may terminate the game at any time and return to the Treasure Hunt Master all the received and undamaged items. The game ends immediately and users are not entitled to a refund of their payment.

The Treasure Hunt Master can also terminate the game prematurely. He or she can do this in the case users damage the received items, violate traffic rules, fail to respect other people’s property or in any other way infringe the rules of the game and/or these General Terms and Conditions. The game ends immediately and users are not entitled to a refund of their payment.

The Treasure Hunt Master can also suspend the game in the case of emergency. In such a case the clock is paused. The Treasure Hunt Master supervises the Treasure Hunt remotely and he or she can direct the game, if they think it is necessary or if users request this. In doing so, he or she uses the clues that are part of the game’s script and are not to be decided by users.

Before starting the game, the Treasure Hunt Master explains to users that they must play the game without losing or damaging the received items or causing damage to the Provider in any other way. If users cause damage, they are obliged to pay for it at the price which is determined by the Provider.

This game is played in the open air. Therefore, users should take care to wear suitable shoes and be suitably dressed. Users take part in the Treasure Hunt at their own risk. Users are obliged to appropriately protect their personal possessions and health, avoid potential threats and refrain from acting in a way that could jeopardise the safety, health or the property of the Provider or others involved.

Unfortunately, the Provider cannot guarantee in full the quality of its partners’ services, which is why it reserves the right to release itself from liability.

However, the Provider undertakes to include in its offer only such partners that are proven to be high-quality, reliable and reputable. Moreover, the Provider undertakes that, in the case it offers users services which are not (entirely) rendered by the Provider, it will inform users about such services at the time of concluding an agreement.

If the team-building offer also includes other modules (e.g. Karst Escapes) to which other general terms and conditions apply, the user is obliged to comply with them.

Users attend the team-building sessions at their own risk. Users are obliged to appropriately protect their personal possessions and health, avoid potential threats and refrain from acting in a way that could jeopardise the safety, health or the property of the Provider or others involved. Users are obliged to fully and consistently follow the instructions they receive from the Provider and its partners before, during and after the service.

The Provider therefore reserves the right to cancel an activity in the case of a bad weather forecast. It is obliged to inform the user thereof. This is communicated by telephone (an SMS or a call). The user decides whether to reschedule the service (and to which date). In such a case the Provider does not give a refund of the payment made. Users use the abovementioned services at their own risk.

If the offer includes open-air activities, this means that implementation also depends on weather conditions that are beyond the Provider’s control. The Provider therefore reserves the right to cancel the activity in the case of a bad weather forecast. It is obliged to inform the user thereof. This is communicated by telephone (an SMS or a call). The user decides whether to reschedule the service (and to which date). In such a case the Provider does not give a refund of the payment made. If the user decides not to reschedule the cancelled service, the Provider is obliged to refund their payment.
